For the past year or so? I’ve been having this weird thing happen (on and off) where I wake up chocking/panicking/ coughing badly and idk why? I went to have it checked out multiple times and they’re always like “Oh it’s probably acid reflux, you should drink more water” but all I drink is water and tea (and the occasional Rockstar when conventions are coming close) and now i’m wondering if it’s in partial to being stressed out? 

A lot of shits been going on again/string of bad luck that I don’t really want to discuss, but I wonder if those things have to do with it? I thought I was handling them well but I guess not?

I’m gonna get it checked out again

  2. ceephorstudios said: Wow they said to just drink water and that’s all???? If it is acid reflux then try reducing you acidy food intake for 2 weeks and see if it helps. Try not to eat 3 hours before sleeping. And there is probably better info online or from a doctor.
