Wow they said to just drink water and that’s all???? If it is acid reflux then try reducing you acidy food intake for 2 weeks and see if it helps. Try not to eat 3 hours before sleeping. And there is probably better info online or from a doctor.
They also said to sleep on my back cause that’s suppose to help but I can’t actually sleep like that;; I’m gonna try to avoid acidic and spicy foods for awhile (or tone it down with the spice) – you know what, I am guilty of like…eating late, so maybe that has a lot to do with it;
